CONTRACTS: The Duallist website is operated by SmartBeats. In buying from this website you are entering into a contract with SmartBeats.

REFUNDS: Our Refund policy is simple. If you are not completely delighted then contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange return and a refund of the price (excluding shipping charges). Items must be in original condition and with original packaging. In the unlikely event that a pedal or drum is faulty then we will either provide a replacement part, undertake a repair or replace it under warranty.

WARRANTIES: The 'Lifetime Warranty' relates to the range if Duallist Pedals and in particular to the main components of a drum pedal excluding items that wear such as belts, springs, beaters and signage. Accessories and consumables will be replaced if defective due to a manufacturing fault. Some items such as drumsticks and grips may have a shorter life due to usage and wear. If you have a query regarding an item please email us and attach a photograph of the fault, detailing when and where it was purchased.

DELIVERY POLICY: We will dispatch your order by post, or UPS or Fedex or similar carrier. Within the UK, you can typically expect delivery within 7 working days but please allow 14 days in exceptional circumstances. International orders are usually delivered within 7-10 days but please allow up to 21 days. In order to reduce our carbon footprint we may remove the retail outer packaging prior to shipping. For some items we use First Class post. This does mean that we do not always have tracking information. You must inform us of non-delivery if your shipment does not arrive within the times stated above. UK orders include VAT in the price. European orders do not include VAT in the price (unless a VAT registered company has contacted us in advance to advise of their EU VAT number). International orders may incur local taxes and duties payable by the customer, contact your local Government to enquire about likely costs. It is up to you to acquaint yourself with these costs prior to purchase and we are not liable for any loss due to additional taxes and duties due.

PRIVACY POLICY:We do not disclose your personal information to any other person or organisation except when we may disclose personal information to our employees and companies acting as data processors on our behalf. In addition we may disclose information if required to do so by law. We keep automatic logs of usage by all users including the IP (Internet Protocol) address from which a user session was conducted. We may use this information to assist in improving the nature and quality of the service we offer. Most web sites recall information about their users through the use of cookies. We currently do not use Cookies but reserve the right to use them in order to improve your web browsing experience on our website. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) during a purchase, this is handled by our payment processors (currently PayPal). We do not have access to this credit card information. We simple use your contact information in order to process your order. We do NOT store customer's financial details, and have not stored them in the past, nor will do in the future. Financial details are only required for the duration of a transaction through PayPal's Virtual Terminal system, when this is used. Your financial information is not written down at any time or recorded in any way. You will be told if we are using the Virtual Payment system to process your order.
